Announcements/ Stamping

Gift Tutorials and Early Release Bundles

Hey Stampers! Gift Tutorials and Early Release Bundles for May is my share today!  If you caught my Facebook Live videos from my weekend retreat you saw some of the products; log into Facebook and see them here if not. We had such a fun time, especially “playing” with all the “early release” Share What You Love Suite of products I've been able to get as a demonstrator! My exciting news today is that YOU can get some early release bundles during the month of May! I also have a hostess code for some PDF gift tutorials that use products available now in these bundles. Here's the list of bundles and ala carte products:

Early Release Products

Each of the bundles has at least three free items! You will be able to get the individual products starting June 1, but the bundles will not be available after this promotion ends on May 31.

The projects for my May clubs (both in person and online) use the absolutely YUMMY Designer Series Paper included in the Gotta Have it ALL bundle:

Gift Tutorials and Early Release Bundles

Order one of the bundles, ala carte items, or anything else you need at my online store and you'll receive not only the three PDF tutorials but I'll also send you three card kits that include the consumable supplies to make these projects…woo hoo! Order now and use hostess code 3CR4XTFQ. If you order $150 or more, don't use this hostess code; I'll still send you the kits and PDF tutorials. You'll get the Stampin' Rewards, too!

I'm so excited that all my customers can get their hands on these early release products, too; can't wait to see what you create with them!

Be Part of the 30 Year Celebration!

Announcements/ Classes / Events/ Join My Team

Hey Stampers; happy Friday eve! This weekend, I've got a fun stamp club coming up and get to go to a Baby Expo; no, nothing new to report here! 🙂 Any trips or fun celebrations in your plans? Speaking of celebrations, I would love to have you on my Stampin' Up! team and Be Part of the 30 Year Celebration! That's right, it has been 30 years since Shelli Gardner and her sister Vonna founded Stampin' Up! I  joined in 2002 and have been on the best journey ever since. Both the company and I have “come a long way baby”. Look at the difference in catalog covers from then and now:

Be Part of the 30 Year Celebration!

One of the reasons I joined was to be able to get my hands on all the new goodies before anyone else. Demonstrators get to “pre-order” select items a whole month before the catalog is released to everyone else. Did you know you can actually choose BRAND NEW STUFF when you purchase your starter kit?!! Yep, for $99 plus tax (Stampin' Up! pays the shipping), you get to pick $125 of products. AND you get all your business supplies like catalogs and order forms, too!

“Anne, I don't really want to be a Demonstrator right now. I'd rather just order from you, come to your classes and enjoy your AH-MAAA-ZING customer service! But, I would like the catalog”.

My stamp club members will get a free new catalog in May at our meetings and I would be so happy to get one into your hands, too! Just email me and I'll let you know how to get one. If you already have an active demonstrator, please ask them for a  catalog. I do not want to take business away from someone else.

Please note that I am only able to mail catalogs within the United States per company policy. Catalogs will be mailed around the middle of May and you can begin placing orders June 1.

If You Purchased EVERYTHING in the 2018-2019 Stampin’ Up! Catalog…..

Announcements/ Facebook LIVE/ Stamping

Hey Stampers! Hopefully you have seen pictures from all the recent Stampin' Up! Onstage events. I was blessed to be chosen as a presenter and I've posted lots of photos on my Facebook page. The best part of the event was receiving our 2018-2019 Catalog! It is LOADED with so many WOW new products; I can't wait to see my customer's faces when they get their very own copy to browse over and over again as they make their wish lists.

If You Purchased EVERYTHING in the 2018-2019 Stampin' Up! Catalog.....

Speaking of wish lists, let's have a little bit of fun. If you purchased EVERYTHING in the 2018-2019 Stampin' Up! Catalog…how much do you think you would spend? $1,000? $5000? Leave me a comment OR send me an email with your guess. The closest person to the correct number will win a pack of new embellishments from the catalog. EVERYONE who enters will receive an excel spreadsheet that can be used as a wish list and log of purchases. My contest will run until April 30, 2018 at 11:59 pm CST; there is absolutely NO PURCHASE required to enter.

If you leave your comment here, please leave your email address with your comment OR send your email to me privately! I want to be able to contact you for your address if you are the winner and I want to be able to send everyone who enters the Excel “wish list” spreadsheet!

HINT: the answer is not as much as I thought it would be; maybe one of everything IS in my future! 🙂

By the way, if you don't currently have a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and would like to receive a catalog, email me and I'll tell  you how to get it. My customers always receive their catalogs for free; another reason to shop with me!

Below are some samples made with new products…enjoy!

Retiring In Color Sweet Sugarplum

Announcements/ Classes / Events/ Online Classes

Hey Stampers! We've had several pleasant days of weather so I am hoping Spring has finally made its way into North Texas! I'm sure we will have some more rain and maybe even thunderstorms before April ends, but I'm still thinking spring projects. Today's project share features Retiring In Color Sweet Sugarplum Classic Ink.  Instructions, including all products used and measurements can be found  at the end of this post.

Retiring In Color Sweet Sugarplum

If you missed my earlier post on exactly what is retiring, you can catch up here. At my stamp club last night all the ladies ordered packs (at least one!) of the Sweet Soiree Designer Series Paper, which is  also retiring. Here are the cards we made. In case you didn't know, I also do an online stamp club. If you order at least $40 in merchandise from my online store using HOSTESS CODE VAGY4PBW by April 15, I'll send you free kits to make all three cards!  No stamped images but all other consumables, including envelopes will come in your kit. You may order any products you wish, just be sure to put in the hostess code prior to checkout!

The Stampin’ Up! Retired Product List – Don’t Wait!

Announcements/ Classes / Events/ Holidays / Special Days

Hi All,

Dave here…  Anne asked me if I would handle the Retired Product List today.

This is THE list of all of the Stampin'Up! products that will be “retiring” and going away forever!  Naturally, as Stampin'Up! cleans house to make room for new products, there are going to be a buncha' things that ‘we' all like on that list, right?  😉

This is the time to grab them
before they're gone!

The Stampin' Up! Retired Product List - Don't Wait!

I understand that the first things to go will be anything InColor. Any InColor papers, DSP, ribbon, other embellishments, will be on the list and go fast. Be sure to look at the list as soon as you can. If you have some favorites, grab them early! (Unfortunately, some people buy up bunches of them and then sell them at MUCH higher prices on EBay so don't wait!)

Here is the list. We have it either as a PDF, or as a ‘sortable' Excel file! (The sortable Excel file would be my choice, but I'm kind of an Excel geek! LOL!) Here you go…

SU Retiring Product List – Occasions Catalog Excel

SU Retiring Product List – Occasions Catalog PDF format

SU Retiring Product List – Annual Catalog Excel

SU Retiring Product List -Annual Catalog PDF Format

You can order at Anne's online store. Use hostess code VAGY4PBW and you'll receive card kits free for Anne's April online club.

Best Regards,
Dave

Please contact Anne if there is anything we can do to help you with the retiring list.

April Hostess Code and Online Club Projects

Announcements/ Big Shot/ Online Stamp Club/ Samples

Hey Stampers! We dodged a big weather bullet here today and the sun is now shining…whew! So thankful no hail arrived.  I wanted to share my April Hostess Code and Online Club Projects. In case you are new to my blog, I have an online club as well as local stamp clubs. This means if you don't live near me, you can still stamp with me!

Each month, for a minimum $40 order at my online store, you receive PDF tutorials AND card kits for my monthly projects. The kits include all the consumable products to make the cards, including cardstock, die-cut pieces, embellishments, and envelopes. No images will be stamped. You can order the stamp set/s I use or substitute any you might have. Orders must be placed using hostess code VAGY4PBW no later than April 15th.

Once I see your order I'll email you your PDF tutorials. The kits will be sent out priority mail by the end of the month. Here are this month's card projects; notice the  flower theme. I'm ready for Spring!

April Hostess Code and Online Club Projects

These cards use the following products; just click on an image to order.

You can order ANY items of at least $40 (before tax and shipping) in order to get your free PDF Tutorials and card kits. BE SURE to use hostess code VAGY4PBW if your order is less than $150. If you have a really long list and your merchandise totals more than $150, don't use the code. Why? You'll get to choose at least $15 in Stampin' Rewards AND I'll still send you my club goodies.

If you're not sure what to order, let me suggest a three month pre-paid Paper Pumpkin subscription! Paper Pumpkin is a monthly kit that arrives right to your door with everything you need (except for regular adhesive and scissors) to complete the projects. This is a great way to have a “creative escape” OR gift to a friend who loves crafting. I've been a Paper Pumpkin subscriber since this program started and I look forward to my orange box each month!

On This Day In History…Dyngus Day!

Announcements/ Classes / Events/ Holidays / Special Days

Hey Stampers! Did You Know Today is Dyngus Day? Did you even know there WAS a Dyngus Day? I sure didn't until today. My Stampin' Up! business coach records a message for me every Monday morning. He gives me highlights of special days in the upcoming week. This week kicked off with…you guessed it, Dyngus Day!

Dyngus Day, also spelled Dingus, is a fun Polish Holiday. It is very popular in Poland, and in Polish communities all across the United States. After the long Lenten holiday, Dyngus Day is a day of just plain fun.  It is always celebrated on the Monday after Easter.  Polka music is a tradition on Dyngus Day and it is often mandatory for participants to dance at least once.

Perhaps the most well-known Dyngus Day tradition is that in which single boys try to splash water on single girls as an expression of interest.  This tradition dates back to the baptism of Prince Mieszko I on Easter Monday in 966 A.D. The water symbolized purification. The rite of sprinkling water on the holiday is an expression of gratefulness that the first Polish king was baptized, and that Catholicism entered Poland. Participants use buckets or, in modern day, squirt guns. Some boys use cologne instead of water.

Lest you think the boys have all the fun, single girls can reciprocate or “retaliate” on Tuesday by throwing dishes and crockery at the boys. What a hoot!

I really enjoy finding out about traditions all over the world and I hope you got a bit of fun out of today's share, too!

Oh, one bit of stamping news to share, too. Mark your calendar for April 9. This is the day the list of retiring Stampin' Up! products comes out. The new annual catalog makes its debut on June 1, so lots of products are “retired” to make way for new stuff. Stay tuned!

Hey Stampers; happy hump day! We are on the downhill slide of another work week, but CLOSER to a weekend of fun! For me, this weekend is going to include more fun with the Springtime Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper. Stamparatus Pre-Orders are in! Sale-A-Bration is Ending!

Announcements/ Videos

The new Stampin' Up! stamp positioning tool that everyone is talking about is coming soon! It will be released in the upcoming 2018-2019 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog in June. You can learn more about this revolutionary new tool below. I've included an overview video, as well as a couple of technique videos.

Many of you took advantage of the special Stamparatus pre-order back in December. Stampin' Up! opened a window of opportunity for anyone who wanted to get their hands on this tool in the early bird release. If you were part of this, I have great news…they are in! You should be receiving an email , maybe even today, letting you know it is in and giving instructions of how to finalize your purchase.

One more thing: your Stamparatus order will be $.05 short of earning a free Sale -A-Bration product and you can add to your Stamparatus pre-order with anything in my online store. You can even add a small clearance rack item so you can get a free Sale-A-Bration product with your Stamparatus…how cool is that?!

See all the free Sale-A-Bration items available

If you have any questions about finalizing your order, call or email me so I can help you.

Now, if you weren't able to take advantage of the special early release, no worries! The Stamparatus will be available for everyone to purchase in June!
