Most new moms can grab a second here or there to take a photo or two of their new little ones, but it is more difficult to find a block of time to put all the photos on scrapbook pages. That's why our adorable Welcome, Little One bitty book is a wonderful gift for a new mom. You can create the cover and all the busy new mom has to do is slip photos of her new little bundle into the page protectors. You can just use the chipboard letter au natural and add a little detail by using the paper piercing too and white gel pen to create the faux stitched look. If creating your own book appeals to you more than using a premade book, this next project is for you. This Favorite Memories mini book uses 3 1/2" circles from On Board Accents for the covers. Use the Coluzzle Cutting System to cut 3" Whisper White pages, punch through both the cover and pages with a Crop-a-Dile, and bind it all with ribbon. Add a few rub-ons and a felt flower, and you have a quick and cute Mother's Day gift. You can finish the book as you like or let mom complete it. This is so simple to make, you'll want to make some to give away and of course, at least one, to keep!
