Stampin’ Up! Color Coaches

Samples/ Stamping

Hey Stampers! As promised, today I have the new Stampin' Up! Color Coach resources to share with you. I was so sad when Stampin' Up! did away with this splendid resource. I had it by my crafting table and used it all the time! So, I am thrilled to provide the NEW Color Coaches to you today!

Feel free to print out the PDF, cut up the pages and put together on a ring so you'll have handy whenever you need some color inspiration. You'll notice there are “blank” sheets that you can print out to keep track of your favorite color combinations. No reinventing the wheel each time you make a card!

Speaking of favorite color combinations, here's a project with one of my favorite combos; Pacific Point,  Granny Apple Green, and Mango Melody. I just love the bright, vivid look of this card.

It’s A Beautiful Day to Love What You Do!

Announcements/ Stamping/ Tuesday Tips

Hey Stampers! I can truly say it's a beautiful day to love what you do here in north Dallas. I heard rolling thunder this morning as I was getting ready to leave the house, but the accompanying rain did not linger!  I know in a few weeks when temperatures are in the 100's, I'll be begging for rain. HA! But I digress! I DO love what I do, especially around new catalog and new catalog pre-order time!

Today's share is two cards made with the Love What You Do stamp set that is available now in one of our Stampin' Up! bundles. The font used for the “it's a beautiful day sentiment” is so pretty; easy flowing and graceful I think.

It's A Beautiful Day to Love What You Do!

These cards showcase different elements from the Love What You Do Bundles, available now as a new catalog pre-order, only available in May! I love that Stampin' Up! made some of the new products coming on June 1 available to customers as well as demonstrators. Click on any picture below the project information to order one of these bundles before they disappear. (note: the individual products in the bundles WILL be available, but the free gifts in each bundle will not). I've included project supplies and instructions below; enjoy!

PS-There are pages of products available to demonstrators to order now! If you'd like to start creating special projects before the new catalog comes out, click here to check it out. You can choose $125 in product plus you'll get a full box of new catalogs to give to your friends. AND…there's never any shipping on your starter kit!

  3. Stamp “It’s a Beautiful Day”  with Tranquil Tide Ink onto white scrap.  Use Stitched Shape Circle framelit to cut out.
  4. Cut a scallop circle framelit with Tranquil Tide cardstock.  Attach with snail adhesive to the white stitched shaped circle.
  5. Punch a leaf with vellum cardstock and use a glue dot to attach behind the circle.
  6. Attach two lengths of the velvet ribbon to the back of circle – using dimensionals to hold in place.

Announcements/ Holidays / Special Days/ Stamping

Hey Stampers! Hope you all had fun celebrating Mother's Day with your favorite, mom, grandmother, aunt, sister, mother in law, well you get the idea! I had my kids and grandcherubs together for a swim party and we all had a blast! Today's exciting news is….I am excited to announce a stamping cruise coming in 2019!

Stamping Cruise Coming in 2019

My travel agent and fellow stamper extraordinaire is busily getting the cruise booked on the awesome Royal Caribbean, Liberty of the Seas. We've narrowed our sailing down to late September or early October; depends upon when the conference room is available on board. We'll be leaving Galveston, headed to the Caribbean,  for 7 fun-filled days of sightseeing in ports AND stamping on our sea days. More details to come but wanted you to be able to tentatively plan on joining us!

We'll be featuring lots of exclusive stamping projects using NEW products from the 2019 Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog. As part of your cruise fee, you will also receive a box of products to bring with you for the projects and all will be yours to keep. Pillow gifts and raffles will be part of the package as well!!

Leave me a comment below or email me if this sounds like fun; I'll put you on our notification list when the details are set. Quite a few of my customers and downline have already expressed interest!
