Now I know those of you with young children are thinking…has she lost her mind?? Not this time anyway!
So many of my crafting buddies have switched over to our clear mount stamps. But, I get asked so many times how to keep the "clingy-ness" (new word I made up…but it works, don't you think?) Nothing is worse than having your rubber stamp fall off the block in the middle of creating your handmade cards or while using scrapbooking techniques on your layouts. Here are a few tips:
- Wash your Clear Blocks once a month (more often if you use them a lot) using your favorite dishwashing liquid. I've been told that DAWN "Original" gets them totally clean, leaving no soap residue behind.
- Let them air dry; a dish drainer works perfectly.
- When stamping, be sure to hold them on the block for 3 seconds to make sure they fully attach.
- After using Stampin' Up! Clear-Mount stamps, give the blocks and image stickers a quick swipe with our Clear Block Cleaning Cloth.
