Well, there really ISN'T anything happy about paying taxes, but, at least if we are paying taxes then we are making some income and that's a good thing…more money to spend on crafting!! 🙂
This card uses the Decorative Dots Embossing Folder; notice the stamp from the Perfect Pennants set that has a row of small dots, which coordinate perfectly with the embossed dots on the Real Red Card stock.
