Instructions
1. Print pattern on copy paper, and cut out. Adhere to Baja Breeze
Carousel Note using Dotto, matching up scallops. Score lines
according to pattern, and punch out holes using Crop-A-Dile. Remove
copy paper. See your May 2009 issue of Stampin’ Success
(page 9) for additional help on this technique.
2. Stamp two Fifth Avenue flowers in Basic Black ink on Carousel Note.
3. Adhere Urban Oasis Designer Series paper to back side of Carousel
Note, and trim at a diagonal to follow outer score lines.
4. Fold Carousel Note along score lines, folding inner score lines
toward you, and outer score lines outward to the side to create
napkin holder.
5. Stamp rose image in Basic Black ink on Kraft card stock (3" x 3"), and
cut out, removing outer layer of petals. Adhere to left side of folded
edge so that rose hangs in the space between the folded edges.
6. Stamp leaves image in Kiwi Kiss ink on two pieces of Naturals
White card stock (two at 2" x 3"). Stamp leaves outline image in
Basic Black ink over each solid leaves image. Cut out.
7. Cut off top three leaves of one leaves piece, and adhere to right
side of napkin holder. Adhere second leaves piece to rose.
8. Stamp Fifth Avenue flower image in Baja Breeze ink on Naturals
White card stock (2" x 2"), and cut out. Adhere half-back pearl to
center. Adhere to rose using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
9. Spatter Basic Black ink over napkin holder using Color Spritzer
Tool and Basic Black Stampin’ Write marker.
10. Pull Black gingham ribbon down through hole in left side of
napkin holder, around the back side of the napkin holder, and
up through the right side.
11. Slide cloth napkin into napkin holder, under rose, and tie ribbon.
