On The Fifth Week Of Christmas My Demo Gave To me…..

Some ornaments as pretty as can be!

We have a tradition in our family that I started when my grown children were very young and it continues to this day; on Christmas Eve, they each get a new ornament to put on the tree. (of course, now that our family has expanded to include one daughter in law and three grandchildren, my ornament purchasing has, too!) AND, I started my nephews’ ornament collection the year each of them were born, so let’s just say I’ve bought QUITE a few over the years! This year I’m starting a new tradition with my two oldest grandchildren of helping them to make some ornaments to THEIR tree. You might want to consider this idea for your family.

Holiday Ornaments

1 Choose one paper for each ornament you
want to make. We recommend Designer
Series paper or stamped card stock.
2 You’ll need eight circles for each ornament,
so cut your sheet of paper in fourths, and
run one 6″ x 6″ sheet through the Big Shot
with the Circle 3D Ornament Bigz die, then
another. You’ll have two 6″ x 6″ sheets left
over for someone else to use.
3 Fold each circle at the score lines, and then
adhere eight circles together to form each
ornament. Punch a hole in one flap, thread
ribbon through, and tie.
4 (Optional) To create a tag for each
ornament, stamp a sentiment, and punch
out or cut out.
