One of my daughter’s best friends is getting married this summer and her bridal shower was today. When I received her wedding invitation, I knew I wanted to create a special, one of a kind, hand stamped card for her shower using her wedding colors. I didn’t have the right paper for part of it so I created my own using Elegant Eggplant and Melon Mambo Stampin’ Write Markers and the “swirl” image from Elements of Style Stamp Set. (This is a set that I wasn’t too fond of when it originally came out, but it definitely has become one of the stamp sets I constantly use)! The Designer Series Paper is a Melon Mambo patterned piece from the Brights Paper Stack.
It looks black in this picture but the card base, swirl and Modern Label punched out border piece really is Elegant Eggplant!
