One of the things I love about being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator, is being with my downline ladies at our monthly meetings. We have a blast getting together and sharing ideas for our rubber stamping supplies, scrapbooking techniques, and other projects. This month our card swap theme is "spring". Everyone makes a card for those participating in our swap, following the guidelines we all agree on the previous month. This is a great way for us all to replenish our personal card supply and also learn new techniques and ideas from others in the group. Here is my swap card.
I used my Stampin' Up! Color Coach to decide on my color palette, (I decided to venture out from my favorite colors and choose someting new), and I wanted to use paper to create my embellishments instead of using buttons and ribbon. We have several new ladies in our group and I like to teach new demos, right from the get-go, that you don't have to spend a ton of money to come up with cute projects for workshops and events.
If you're a kindred crafter and love stamping and scrapbooking, we'd love to have you join us.
