I've used today's technique to make some fun birthday cards. I wanted to create a unique wedding card for one of my daughter's friends so I decided to get out some punches and create. I loved the result and I hope you do, too.
For this technique you can use any punch that punches multiple shapes or you can use shapes from more than one punch. I used the Heart to Heart Punch (119881) and Pink Pirouette (111351), Early Espresso (119686) and Baja Breeze (111352) Card Stock. I punched a circle out of Confetti White Card Stock (102028) using the 2 1/2″ Circle Punch (120906) and then adhered the hearts to the front. Using my Big Shot Die Cutting Machine (113439) I ran it through using the Elegant Lines Textured Embossing Folder (119277). If this machine is on your Wish List, give me a shout and I'll tell you how you can get one for half price!
You now have a cute embellishment to adorn any project.
See you tomorrow. I'll be presenting the Acrylic Distress Technique.
