My grandaughter Samantha is over today and she loves to color and stamp. I already have her agreement fileld out so as soon as she turns 18 (in thirteen more years) she will be ready to be a Stampin' Up! Demo…lol!
Seriously, if you love to craft, your kids will probably enjoy it, too. Just get out some paper, stamp sets, markers, maybe even some punches and let them just create.
A fun technique to do with kids is the baby wipe technique. Just fold up a baby wipe and put into a plastic container (an empty stamp case works well). Take 2-3 colors of re-inkers and let them put a few drops onto the baby wipe; don't use too many drops or it will look muddies. After the baby wipe "stamp pad" is ready, they can take their favorite stamps, stamp right onto the baby wipe and then onto handmade cards or paper.
