I am ALMOST done decorating the tree, house, and anything else that doesn’t move….lol. So now it’s time to finish our hand made cards for Christmas. I actually finished our cards awhile ago, but have been so busy with clubs and classes I haven’t had time to address all of them.

Speaking of classes, my friend Tracy and I just held an Embossed Metals class. Everyone who came said they just loved it so we may do another one in the spring. Here are a few of the projects we did.

Notice the little pearl and antique brad embellishments. We used
black metal on the top and lightly sanded with a sanding block.

“This is Dave, the Slave’s favorite; I used Newsprint Designer Series Paper,
a couple little rhinestones and black metal run through the Lattice Embossing Folder.

I have a lot of “naughty” family members (ha, ha) but even
they should at least get something, don’t you think?

It is a little hard to see but I used a black glimmer brad in the middle
of the Medallion image and split a piece of black grosgrain ribbon
and cherry cobbler seam binding down the middle and frayed
it to add to the Vintage look.

Thanks for taking a look. If you would like to be notified when we schedule a Spring class, just send me an email or leave a comment below.
