My friend, Sharon, gave me a card and I re-created it for one of this month's club projects. I am SO glad SU brought the shimmer paint back! I used Burgundy for the main color on a vanilla base. The stamp set is Vintage Vogue and I used the Very Vintage wheel. I created the polka dots using our Perfect Polka Dots Textured Embossing Folder and my Big Shot.
