Joy To The World Stampin’ Up!® Kit

Paper Pumpkin

I am so happy to share these cards with you today! Of course, I like everything I share ☺ but these cards delight me because they were so easy to create.

Let's face it, 2020 has NOT been a year to remember, but rather one to forget for so many of us. I've heard from so many that they seem to have lost their holiday “mojo” so to speak before the holidays have even started. Some have even said they're not sure if they have the desire to make and send out cards this year.

I get that. That's where Stampin' Up!® kits come in. We have so many to choose from, starting with our monthly Paper Pumpkin subscription kits. I made the cards I've shared today with our October Joy To The World Paper Pumpkin kit. These monthly kits do come with step by step instructions for those who either haven't been long time crafters or who just want projects where almost zero “thinking” and creating is involved.

I have subscribed to PP since its launch years ago. Why? I'll share a little secret. Even though I love coming up with new ideas and “WOW” cards to share, I also like not having to always be the creator and teacher. I like to open my PP box and have the choice to follow the easy instructions OR change things up.

You can get these monthly kits for yourself for $22 (US) plus tax…this price includes shipping. AND, once you're a subscriber, you can purchase refill kits as they are available.

A Paper Pumpkin subscription would make the perfect gift for your favorite crafter, maybe even you! You can check it out and subscribe HERE.

Prepaid subscriptions are also available HERE.

One last option to consider is our catalog kits. My favorite is the Gorgeous Posies Card kit.

You can see all our kit offerings HERE.

Questions? I'm just an email away!

PS: DON'T FORGET! TOMORROW, FOR 24 HOURS ONLY, STAMPIN' UP! HAS DISCOUNTED MANY ITEMS IN THE ANNUAL CATALOG, INCLUDING KITS! BELOW IS A LIST OF EXCLUDED ITEMS. FEEL FREE TO SHARE THIS POST WITH OTHERS WHO MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN THE SAVINGS!

No Time To Stamp? Want a Beautiful Card?

Tips, Tricks, & Techniques

Hey Stampers! Let's face it. We are all long on to do lists and short on time these days, especially where our fun hobbies are concerned. There are jobs to go to, kids activities, meals to prep and cook, the list goes on and on. When we have to slash the list, our “fun” activities are usually the ones to go.

Today's project features a card that has NO stamping! How's that for time-saving?

It uses our Memories & More card pack; and not just any card pack. This one is coming in the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog that goes “live” on June 4.These cards are part of a wonderful suite of projects that is perfect for casual AND avid stampers.

No Time To Stamp? Want a Beautiful Card?

The card pack includes 50 double-sided cards, 6 single-sided printed vellum specialty cards , and 4 sticker sheets, all for $11.00! In addition, if you scrapbook in addition to cardmaking, these products are acid and lignin free.

Here are the instructions and supply list for today's project. I think a set of these note cards, using different designs from the card pack would make a lovely gift!  No driving to the mall, no thinking up designs, totally easy peasy! Once your cards are put together, just pop them into one of our acetate card boxes and decorate with a ribbon bow or belly band and you're all set!

Supplies

  • Paper: Magnolia Lane Large Specialty Memories & More Cards & Envelopes (149487)
  • Other: Magnolia Lane Memories & More Card Pack (149445); Stitched Rectangles Dies (148551); SNAIL adhesive (104332; Die Cutting Machine

Instructions

  1. Cut down one of the card bases in the Memories & More Cards & Envelopes to 8 ½” x 5 ½”; fold to create card front.
  2. Adhere one of the 4” x 3” Memories & More Cards to the left side of the card front using SNAIL Adhesive.
  3. Cut out the sentiment from the Memories & More Card using the 3 ½” x 2 1/8” die from the Rectangle Framelits using a die cutting machine.
  4. Adhere the rectangle piece onto the card front.
  5. Add one magnolia blossom and two leaf stickers from the Memories and More Cards to the top right corner of the rectangle.

See how easy?!

Here are a few other samples using the Magnolia Lane Suite.
