The Merry Moose Stamp Set is Back!

This is one of my very favorite seasonal stamp sets, so I just had to share a “Merry Christmoose” card today. I bet you agree that it's never too early to start collecting holiday card ideas!

Supplies:

• Stamp Sets – Merry Moose Bundle (153015)
• Cardstock (CS) – Soft Suede (115318); Whisper White (100730); Mossy Meadow (133676); Plaid Tidings 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper (DSP) (153527)
• Stamp Pads – Soft Suede (147115); Mossy Meadow (147111)
• Misc.– Stitched So Sweetly Die (151690); Linen Thread (104199); Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430); Stampin’ Seal (152813); Simply Scored Scoring Tool (122334) Die Cutting Machine        

Measurements: 

• Soft Suede: 11″ x 4-1/4″, scored at 4 1/2″, 5 1/2″, 3/4″ x 4″ (Strip), scrap for Moose 2 ¼” x 2”
• Plaid Tidings 6″x6″ DSP:  4 1/4″ x 4″
• Mossy Meadow: 1″ x 4″ Strip, scrap for scored Trees roughly 4” x 4”
• Whisper White:  4-1/4″ x 4″ (inside card)
• Whisper White cardstock: 2 1/4” x 1 1/4” scrap for Stitched So Sweetly rectangle

Instructions:

1. Burnish the Soft Suede Card Base.  The card will open at the scored line. Adhere the Mossy Meadow 1″ x 4″ strip to the far-left Soft Suede base, adhere next layer Soft Suede 3/4″ x 4″ Strip, wrap the flap with Linen Thread and tie a bow, adhere the 1” flap to card base.
2. Adhere the Plaid Tidings 6″x 6″ DSP 4 1/4″ x 4″ to the front base with adhesive of choice.
3. Using the Simply Scored Scoring Tool, take the Mossy Meadow CS 4” x 4” and score every ¼”.  Punch out 2 trees. Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
4. Stitched So Sweetly Die Rectangle – run thru die cutting machine.  Stamp Sentiment with Soft Suede and feet crossing with Mossy Meadow. Loop linen thread to back to look like a sign, add Stampin’ Dimensionals.
5. Soft Suede CS and stamp Moose with Soft Suede. Punch out with Moose punch and adhere to base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
6. Inside of card – Whisper White:  4-1/4″ x 4″.  Stamp sentiment at top middle with Soft Suede and 3 trees in lower right corner with Mossy Meadow (stamp off with 1 of the trees).
