There are so many fun techniques you can do with just a few supplies. I created this little purse using the "faux" alligator technique. I used my Sizzix Big Shot Die Cut machine and cut out two pieces using the Top Note Die. I took my Versamark Pad and covered both pieces with this sticky ink. Then I poured some Crystal Clear Embossing Powder over the top, tapping off the excess. I then created the "alligator skin" pattern using the tip of my bone folder, making random grooves in the powder. (be sure to create your pattern BEFORE heating). I then heated up both pieces with my Heat Tool, added a few embellishments and my friend will be ready to go shopping using the gift card I'm putting inside!
