Our I {Heart} Hearts stamp set is filled with whimsical heart shapes that can say I Love You to a special friend. I used Pink Pirouette and Riding Hood Red for my color scheme.

As I was designing this card, I ran into a little problem…I didn't have any Riding Hood Red Ribbon! Have you ever run into that problem? Of course, you can order some, but if you need to get your project done in a hurry, you can make some; white or vanilla 3/8" satin works best. To color the ribbon, cut off a length a little longer than you will actually need (this gives you some room to hold onto it and keep your fingers clean). Open up your Classic Stampin' Pad, take a Stampin' Sponge and run the ribbon length over the stamp pad, using the sponge to hold it down. You can color the ribbon as light or dark as you want.
I added some "bling" using our Rhinestones and then used my Decorative Lace Punch to add a little border on the bottom.
