Stampin’ Up! In The Pines Stamp Set

Hello Stampers! The cold weather has FINALLY arrived here in north Texas! Tomorrow is supposed to be the coldest day so far. I thought it appropriate to share a few “winter” type cards today!

I do love the Stampin' Up! In The Pines Stamp Set! It really is versatile as I hope these samples today will show!

This is a standard size (5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored in half) card. It uses the In The Pines Stamp Set, Pool Party, Whisper White, Shaded Spruce and Crumb Cake Cardstock; white craft, Crumb Cake, Shaded Spruce and Versamark inks, along with clear and white embossing powders. You stamp the trees with the solid tree stamps and cut with the open die. Then, stamp the outline tree, emboss with white and cut with the detail “peek through” tree die. Use clear emboss powder over the white craft “snow” in the background to keep it from smudging.
This is notecard size and in addition to In The Pines, this sample uses Many Mates Stamp Set, Pretty Peacock and Whisper White Cardstock, 6 x 6 Neutral Designer Series Paper and Old Olive, Crumb Cake, Versamark and White Craft inks. The trees are cut out with the Pine Woods Dies. Take one of Stampin' Up!'s Water Pens to dilute the white craft ink and splatter on the card base to create the “falling snow”.
This sample uses the adorable Stampin' Up! pizza boxes, In the Pines and Many Mates Stamp Sets and the Pine Woods Dies.

I just love how this stamp set and dies can be used for specific Christmas themed cards but also for winter cards and an all occasion or birthday themed project!

Here is a picture of the stamp set and dies so you can see all the fun images that come in both.

  1. I TRIED TO FOLLOW THE LINK TO THIS STAMP BUT IT JUST WENT TO YOUR STORE WHERE, OF COURSE, IT WASN’T LISTED. IT IS INFURIATING THAT STAMPIN UP DOESN’T MAINTAIN AN SITE WHERE ALL THE STAMPS THEY’VE PMPED OVER THE YEARS & SEPARATED BY LANGUAGE. iT’S BEYOND INFURIATING WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO THRU ENDLESS PAGES OF A VERY LIMITED INVENTORY IN EVERY LANGUAGE KNOWN TO MAN.
