I am not what you'd call a "frilly" person and I have to admit, our Medallion Stamp Set was not on my top 10 list….aggghhhhh….can you believe it???!!! (I just had to put that in here for some of my stamping buddies who loved this set the moment they laid eyes on it!) BUT, I loved a cute idea that my friend sent me and decided to try it. I changed up the the background and also the fold itself and this is what I came up with. I wanted the lace to look more like a "skirt pleat"; I hope you can tell in this picture. I stamped the Medallion onto Whisper White Card Stock and then cut it out carefully. Then I took out a small section of the bottom so I could fit our 1 3/4 punch in the center to cut out a circle. Once the Medallion was cut out, I put one of the ends into the crimper and just kept working it around until it was all successfully crimped. Then I just took this piece and worked it into folds or pelats and then completed the rest of my card.
