Hey stampers! JUST when I thought spring was here and started playing around with all my fun flower stamp sets and dies…cold and rain came back today. Oh well, I'm still in a spring mood so my clubs, both my local and online clubs will be doing “spring” focused projects.
My in person clubs will be making these tags for their block sets. We started these back in the fall when my Girls, INK tam had our annual Pampered Stamper events and our guests made 2 sets, Fall and Christmas. I continued on with a set for Valentines Day, done at my January clubs.
The blocks themselves are made from 2 x 4's cut into 5 1/2″ pieces, sanded, then spray painted black. You could even use chalk paint and then no sanding is necessary! The tag bases are all 4 7/8″ x 3″. You can use solid colors or Designer Series paper and then embellish as desired. The letters are all cut using the Large Letters Framelits (141712).
Now they aren't cheap mind you ($99.00) but once you have the set you'll be able to cut letters for cards, banners, home decor…anything!
