VJ Day

Those of you history buffs know that is "Victory Over Japan Day". On this date in 1945, World War II officially ended. A formal surrender ceremony was performed in Tokyo Bay, Japan aboard the battleship USS Missouri. I have been aboard this ship when we visited Pearl Harbor…quite a site to see!
