Here’s a new project that we’ve been having a lot fun with lately. Sharon and I signed up as vendors at a local art show where we knew there would be lots of very talented people. We wanted to do something that would “WOW” them. They loved it!
I went to the Dollar Store and bought several boxes of dominos for a buck each. Then we used Lumiere and Pearl Ex out of the catalog and then stamped on that. The great thing about these is that they are so versatile. You can just change the colors and the stamps that you use and make them for any occasion or season! I did these as pins, but you could also make them into magnets, necklaces, scrapbook page embellishments, or whatever your imagination comes up with.
A lot of the artists wanted to know how to make them so we are going to offer some classes in the near future. If you are interested, please send me an email and let me know.
