I think Fall is the perfect time for a Stampin' Up! Swap. Last night, some of my team members, customers and some other “crafty friends” got together for our monthly Swap Your Heart Out card exchange. This time our theme was cards with buttons. When we exchange cards, we make one for each participant. Here is my “haul”:
I love all of the fall themed cards and the variety. My card is the button ornament one at the bottom.
Now I have to confess something straight up…I am a button hoarder. My craft room is filled with buttons and I cannot possibly use them all in even two lifetimes. So when this month's swap hostess chose cards with buttons as her theme, my heart literally skipped a beat. WHAT? I'm going to have to part with some of my treasures? There were 12 ladies in the swap this time so I had to use SIXTY of my precious stash…GASP!
I'm happy to say I survived and still have plenty to use on new creations!
