Hello stampers! We made it back from our Searcy Scrapbook Extravaganza (Theme was Peanuts and the Gang) weekend and it was a big success; I got SO much done. But finished projects didn't hold a candle to the fun times all weekend with old and new friends!
The last night we all sat around ate pizza and drank our favorite beverage. We had one scary moment when my roommate (who shall remain nameless!) slipped in the shower, fell, and on her way down pulled the shower curtain from the wall. Thank the Lord she was not seriously injured and the hotel management was very nice, too.
Here are some of my completed projects….
These little tags were so quick and easy to assemble! I used the “Hang Your Stocking Bundle; having the stamp set and matching thinlits dies takes all the guesswork away…NO fussy cutting needed! I used the Candy Cane Lane bakers twine, the adorable mini jingle bells and finished each stocking off with a few white pom-poms from the Whisper White Pom Pom Trim. I used a white gel pen to outline the Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper.
Our registration fee included a kit with everything needed to create twelve 2 page layouts; here are two of my favorites!
I couldn't leave out a photo of one of the girls playing on Linus's piano!
One of my friends spent the whole time making sock snowmen and sold them all. She even made ponytails and pigtails on a few of them…so adorbs!!
We local gals have to wait for round two of snowmen assembling; I've got three on order!
Fun times at the Searcy Scrapbook Extravaganza!
If I can help you with anything, please give me a shout!
