Stamping and punching using our Create a Cupcake Set and coordinating Build a Cupcake Punch is a little different than other coordinating stamp sets and punches you may have used in the past. The images in the Create a Cupcake Set are all individual stamps, not grouped together as they are in the punches. This gives you more possibilities to stamp, punch and design your handmade cards and scrapbook pages.
To use these sets with their coordinating punches, you will stamp each image you want, using your chosen color. Next, laying the punch top-down on a flat surface, line up one individual stamped image with the coordinating image on the punch, then carefully punch out the image. Repeat for each individual image you are using. Here are a couple of additional tips to help you achieve the best results.
1. Before you stamp, look at the bottom of the punch to determine the best way to stamp the images on your paper. Keep in mind surrounding space which will punch out at the same time, and space your stamped images to allow for the punch to work without punching through other images.
2. Because each stamped piece will be punched out individually, stamping along the edge
of a piece of paper so it’s easy to reach each image will work out best.
