Yes, I know Easter has come and gone but I wanted to share my card, including my design template. You can use this particular template over and over again for different occasions.
I started with my Color Coach to select my color palette; I chose So Saffron for my card base, Perfect Plum for my accent color, and Wild Wasabi for my ink color. Notice the dry embossing on the Whisper White? I used the Delicate Designs Embossing Folder but I used the “debossed side” instead of the embossed side on the front of my card; I wanted a very subtle look.
Dimensions:
Card base: 8 – 1/2″ x 5 – 1/2″; Whisper White layer: 5 – 1/4″ x 4″; Perfect Plum strip: 4″ x 2- 1/4″, So Saffron patterned strip: 4″ x 2″. I used the Deco Labels Framelits for the layering on top and finished with three Subtles Candy Dots.
