Repetition Stamping is such an easy technique! The ladies who attended my October Technique Class loved this one!
Using Old Olive Classic Ink and the tall tree image from Lovely As A Tree I stamped full strength in the center of the card and, without re-inking the stamp, I stamped once on the right and then again on the left, leaving a little more space between the focal tree than I did on the right. I inked up the stamp one more time, stamped “off” onto a piece of paper and then, without re-inking the stamp, stamped into the space just to the left of the focal tree and then one more time to the right, gently overlapping the one that is already there.
I used a small piece of Chevron Cherry Cobbler Ribbon to give it a little “pop”. You can use such a small amount of this ribbon to embellish, but the result really adds to your project.
My stamping was done on Shimmer White Cardstock; I love how it looks, I can almost see snow falling…how about you?
